We produce compelling, high-quality sports-comedy content across Australia, India, the UK, and beyond—covering cricket and winter sports through podcasts, YouTube, television, live shows, and social media.

Can you take our production up a notch? We are seeking an experienced Head Digital Content Producer to take a lead, hands-on role in creating, editing, and delivering our global portfolio of work. Operating with our Digital Content Producer, this is a pivotal role requiring high-level expertise in digital production, editing software, and content creation, as well as leadership, management and project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and edit high-quality digital content across multiple platforms (podcasts, YouTube, TV, live events, and social media).

Expertise in advanced digital editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) to craft engaging, funny and polished content.

Oversee the full production pipeline, from concept development to post-production and distribution.

Work closely with our Digital Content Producer to maintain creative consistency and high standards.

Stay ahead of digital media trends, driving innovation in content formats and production techniques.

Collaborate with internal team, sponsors, and partners to optimise content reach and impact.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in digital media production, with a strong portfolio of hands-on content creation.

Expertise in digital editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, OBS, etc).

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proven leadership, management and project management experience.
