Presented by two former Sydney grade cricketers, Sam Perry and Ian Higgins, TGC commands an audience of 500,000+ on social media – attracting over 3 million listens and 10 million viewers to its content per year. It is home to a number one podcast internationally, a TV show, national and international live show tours, and two best-selling books.

Multimedia Editor-Producer
6-month contract, starting mid-September
We are looking for a multimedia editor/producer to join our small team on a six-month contract, full-time.
In our own words, we’re after a serious production baller to amplify and elevate our existing content, help bring to life new ideas, and to significantly shape the audio and visual presentation of The Grade Cricketer.

If you think you can lift up all of our work across editing, producing, filming, and publishing, we’re keen to hear from you.
What you'll do:

Ideate, plan and execute video content publishing that can live across all platforms, including podcast, YouTube, and live shows

Film both in-studio and on-location, including national live shows

Audio mixing, recording live-to-air
-
Drive subscribers across YouTube, podcast and Patreon
-
Make creative decisions in editing that help drive viewer engagement

Curate and schedule content for our social media platforms
You need to be proficient in:

Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects

Experience with multiple cameras and models
-
YouTube Studio and YouTube analytics

All primary social media platforms
About you:

Tertiary-qualified in a related field

Multiple years of experience in audio and video editing in a publishing environment

Salary negotiable
It’s not mandatory, but it’d be extremely handy if you’re across our work already and can come with ideas about how to improve our existing output.
